GoHealaX is designed to work locally on your device.

Data stored on your device

GoHealaX stores exercise names, descriptions, instructions and timing settings, daily-plan progress, schedules, complete history, completed-duration events, recorded adherence and app preferences in private on-device storage. This information supports the timer, plan, history, and statistics features.

No routine-data collection, advertising, analytics, or accounts

GoHealaX has no user accounts, analytics, or advertising SDKs. It does not automatically send exercise data to the developer or third parties. If you export or restore a backup, Android’s document picker accesses your chosen local or cloud storage provider, which handles that file under its own policies. All current features are free and work without purchases or a store connection.

Health disclaimer

GoHealaX does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Configurable timings are tools, not universally optimal treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about your exercise programme.

Notifications

When you start an exercise timer, GoHealaX uses a foreground notification so the timer can remain visible and controllable in the background. The notification can show the current phase, remaining time, and repetition, subject to your Android notification and lock-screen settings.

Retention and deletion

Your local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear GoHealaX storage, or uninstall the app in Android settings. GoHealaX disables automatic Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Exported JSON backups contain readable, unencrypted personal exercise data and app preferences. Files may remain with the selected provider and survive uninstall or clearing app storage; manage and delete those copies through that provider. Restore replaces current exercise data and preferences only after confirmation. Backups exclude permissions, active timers, loaded setup and unsaved drafts.

Website hosting

This informational website is separate from the Android app. It has no developer-added forms, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, no developer-added cookies or browser storage, and no service worker. The actual hosting operator has not yet been verified. A hosting provider may receive technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, when serving pages; its identity and applicable policy will be recorded when hosting is verified.

Optional demo media

The current demo is disabled and sends no media requests. If reviewed media is enabled later, a player is created only when you explicitly choose Play. A local video is served by the website host. A YouTube player connects to youtube-nocookie.com and other YouTube services after activation; privacy-enhanced mode does not eliminate data exchange with Google. The description remains readable if playback is blocked. Media and privacy disclosures will be reviewed before a video is enabled.
